Mollie Nichols joined Goodwin Procter in 2007 as the firm’s Director of Litigation Technology. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the firm’s litigation support, cases on-line, and court procedures groups. Prior to her tenure at Goodwin Procter, Ms. Nichols had two decades of experience as a litigator, a law professor and a litigation consultant on issues involving electronic discovery and evidence in both civil and criminal litigation. She was formerly the Associate Director for Research and Professional Development for the Courtroom 21 Project and taught Digital Discovery and Evidence at William & Mary Law School. From 1987-1994, Ms. Nichols was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Texas. She holds a B.A. (1983) in Psychology from the University of Texas and a J.D. (1986) and LL.M. (2002) in International Law from the University of Texas School of Law.
