John Haggerty, a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Business Law Department, is a member of its M&A/Corporate Governance Practice and its nationally recognized REITs Practice. Mr. Haggerty works on a wide variety of corporate and securities matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities by public companies, corporate governance and other matters of general corporate and securities law.
Work for Clients
Mr. Haggerty has represented Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund in connection with its acquisition of Glenborough Realty Trust; Digitas Inc. in connection with its acquisition by Publicis Groupe S.A.; Titan Energy Partners in connection with its acquisition by Energy Transfer Partners, LP; and Beacon Capital Partners in connection with its sale of a private investment fund to Broadway Real Estate Partners.

Mr. Haggerty is a member of the Boston, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations. He has been selected for inclusion in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.

While attending law school, Mr. Haggerty served as Executive Editor of the Boston College Law Review.
